I ordered nine of these lights. They are stylish and do a good job of lighting up a room. Be advised that out of the nine, no two are alike. Some of the differences are internal and only aggravating to the installer. For example, be aware of the alignment between the holes in the base for attaching to the ceiling and the set screws that hold the diffuser to the base; on some units they are in parallel alignment and other units they are perpendicular. Other differences are external and subject to notice by you and your visitors. For example, among the nine, on five units the diffuser glass has a subtle pink shade (too much manganese in the glass?) and on the other four units, the diffuser glass has a subtle green shade (too much iron in the glass?). Though subtle, where a pink unit is near a green unit the difference is noticeable. It would also have been nice if the base were designed with 1/8" (3 mm) more space behind the base to better accommodate uneven surfaces or poorly installed electrical boxes. As it is, the surface on which the fixture is to be mounted better be very flat and the electrical box behind the fixture better have been installed with virtual perfection; otherwise, there will be a gap between the base and surface.I love the lights. Very sturdy, and completely modernized my entry and a hallway. I agree wth other reviewers that the frosted bulbs that come with the fixture are too dim for most applications. However, I purchased 40w clear halogen bulbs that bumped up the brightness considerably. Considering I found them in warehouse deals for 1/3 of retail I couldn't be happier.This review is for the 700BXLS-LED3. This is the second of these that I've purchased, as I now have them in both my bathrooms. They look great, are solid, and the LED panel puts out a nice consistent light through the thick milky glass. It looks great, is bright, and I know I'll probably not have to think about those lights again for quite awhile.This light turned out to be very nice. It comes with 2 small specially bulbs, which might be tricky to find replacements for in the future. I only gave it 4 stars, since I wish it was a bit brighter. But it looks great in my hallway. Be careful, the glass is very heavy, and you wouldn't want to drop it during installation.Great delivery, I first ordered the 3000K but found them way too warm, returned and ordered the 4K ones, which fit my needs. Installed 8 of these in a couple of hours replacing existing outdoor fixtures. They are plenty bright and play well with dimmer switches designed for LED fixtures. Nice industrial design, quality materials ( glass is HEAVY) and flawlessly executed. Perfect for our contemporary home and patio.Love this light. I have two in my entry hall and hallway. It puts out a decent amount of light and I love the clean lines. Plus, it was tricky finding a square ceiling light. As noted before, the glass shade is really heavy, be careful during install. Because of its low profile, it works well in rooms that have short ceilings.The glass shades on these are very thick and HEAVY--be careful when changing lightbulbs, as the shade comes down fast and will either shatter on the floor or bash you on the head, or both, :(Great small light, we use it over the kitchen sink. We saw one just like it in a lighting store for 3 times the price. The bulbs are reasonably priced and has only used one since we bought it two years ago. Very elegant looking almost crystal like.
