5 Star:OK, the review below is prior to me contacting the manufacturer direct off of the manual included with the umbrella. The customer service rep was awesome, made the missing power supply a warranty item and had it shipped out Fedex within a couple days. The material and workmanship of the umbrella and now the power supply is impressive. Very happy with the products and the service. **Still didn't get the "discount" others in the reviews received but happy with the products.1 Star:Everything was going well until I opened the box and did not find the power supply for the LED lights. So I'm going to email/call the manufacturer in California and see about getting a new one. I hope this has nothing to do with the fact that 99% of the reviews all have the disclaimer, "we received a discount for evaluating the product". I did not get a discount, and now I don't have a power supply.
